Operations Manager Shore Excursions / Incoming (m/f/d)
Location: Passau | Focus: Supra-regional logistics
Your mission:
Our Operations Team is the control center for our operations on all major waterways.
- Supra-regional coordination: You plan the excursion logistics along the Rhine, Main, Moselle, Danube and Elbe and manage partners throughout Germany.
- Data juggler: You create scheduling lists, calculations and timetables. Excel is your most important tool for keeping capacities and costs under control.
- Interface to the crew: You communicate with the Shore Excursion Managers of the international fleets (in German & English).
- Partner management: You negotiate with bus companies and guides and ensure that our high quality standards are maintained everywhere.
What you bring with you:
- Tourism background: Experience in incoming, tour operation or logistics desired.
- Passion for Excel: You love spreadsheets. They are a daily tool for increasing efficiency.
- Strong communication skills: You are an organizational talent with a confident manner – also in English.
